Alexey Fedoseev Biography

Parents were often called to school because the class constantly laughed, but I could not stop. Humor helps to discharge the situation. I do not like when people go with serious mines. I have a good imagination that helps to come up with funny situations. These funny memes on the theme of Kiokushin who go by hands - are you doing? It depends on which, I can’t answer for everything.

Does a positive attitude help to experience professional failures? Were there so offensive defeats that even a sense of humor did not save? Of course, after the defeat is not up to humor. But you should not get hung up on this. The defeat must be perceived not as a failure, but as a certain experience. Is it good for the World Cup to prepare with a positive? Do not inhibit responsibility and super -assessment?

I believe that any difficult and responsible task must be approached with a positive attitude, then you can achieve the maximum result. As Confucius said, a positive mood decides laughing. Farm fighters, who already have the world in a row, are calm and emotionally stable. And what happens to the "newcomers"? You are a young fighter, this absolute is your first, what feelings?

What is it for you - the “World Cup”? I am very happy. This is the dream of any karate. When the coach in childhood showed the recording of the world championships, I ended that someday I would be honored to go to the Holy Tatami. The World Cup - for me it is an honor to represent my country in its sport in the most important tournament in the life of any karate. It is also an opportunity to declare myself, to show what I am capable of, to prove myself and try to go down in history.

When did you revise the video of the past absenteees, what fights and fighters do you remember? So that you think: “Damn ... I want the same! Of course, you can list all your favorite fighters and favorite battles, but then you will get a separate article. I will try to highlight several. Fighters: - Matsui’s shock, you can talk about him endlessly - Hajime Kazumi, the destructive Lowe, I dream of being beaten as well - Francisco Philio, it was terrible to approach the dimensions and filigree technology - Tariel Nikoleishvili, he was unique, he won everything possible, a purposeful person and with a huge dedication.

These battles were remembered by the fact that each of the fighters gave himself completely and was ready to die on the tatami for the sake of victory, but, probably, luck was a decisive factor - someone was lucky that day a little more. For some reason, I was sure that Kancho Matsui would be on the list. He is a genius! He brought karate to a completely different level.

I heard or saw something that struck? Yes, this was struck by how easily everything turned out to him, his attitude to the smallest details. And so, I just stood and enjoyed the process, sorry for the time I did not remember much Kancho said a simple thing - that you need to walk and keep the foot smoothly, do not turn up. I’m still trying to follow this. Parents brought you to the Kiokushinsky section in childhood.

Did you immediately get into Fudoshin to Nikita Tomchuk? Parents brought, dad wanted me to be engaged. He always told how he and his friends in his youth tried to study karate, and it was forbidden. At first I was engaged in another coach, he had a lot of Danes and he had nothing to do with Iko. I went with a classmate, a month later he stopped engaged, and I continued.

From competitive stories I remember how we went to the martial arts Olympics in the year, the current stars of Kiokushin fought there. We performed quickly then. I remember, I took an autograph from the world champion Elena Anatolyevna Vorobyova. I left this coach, because instead of karate, we began to have a kickboxing, but he called it “full contact”. After a couple of months, friends who left a little earlier recommended another coach.

And so from the season I have been studying with Tomchuk Nikita Nikolaevich. How important is this for the student when his coach himself is the current fighter? Did it motivate you? After all, Nikita and Valera at that time were still actively performed by the approx. They, so to speak, laid the road. When your coach is an acting fighter, he can teach you not only in words, but also in practice.

They still love us to "teach." I am very glad that I am training with them in the Fudoshin club. What do coaches say and advise you about the World Cup? Differs from instructions to the usual tournament? I always seek advice to the coach and my team. We discuss how best to do, where you can add or vice versa to remove something. In this, of course, the preparation is significantly different from the past.We are constantly looking for options with which we can go as far as possible at the championship.

Also, more individual work, where we are in private with the coach discussing different points. Now all this is a little more than usual. In the summer, fees in Alushta and Dombai were held, you were everywhere. Tell me how the training process is going on now, before the Absolute? The weekend is Friday and Monday. We have sparring twice a week. The plan is to competently approach the tournament, vigorous and charged.

In the adult kiokushin, you became famous after the Russian Cup - you did not take the place, but fought so well that you earned a trip to Japan. The period of teaching deesh has become a turning point for you or everything develops in growing, so how should it be? I think that in growing. When I was handed this award, I could not believe that I would go to Karate’s homeland for a whole month.

It was a sign that I was moving in the right direction. Was it a useful experience? After the course, you began to show excellent results. The experience was colossal! The main thing is attention to the details, everywhere and you can always improve. I want to note that my coaches took the course of the teaching deesh exactly a year before me. Therefore, we are now often making “legs day” on Wednesdays, as in Kavaguchi Dujo.

Many thanks to Shihan Arthur! Sometimes I am reviewing photos and videos, I remember how well I hope it would be possible to go again. I think he will be pleased to read it. I know that Shihan Arthur pays a lot of attention to the basic technique. How do you feel about kata and kihon? What belt did you have to work the most on these “subjects”? I do kikhon and kata less than before, it is a little upset, because karate is not only Kumite.

Shihan Arthur, just showed a couple of moments that need to be paid attention to. Love for rushing and kata has been laid down since childhood, in St. Petersburg this is a very important part.
