Ilyas Musaev Biography

In the year he graduated from the Moscow Oil Institute. Gubkina, and B - the correspondence department of the Moscow Law Institute. In the year, Khamzaev left the prosecutor's office and began working at the Moscow City Bar Association. Abdullah Khamzaev was part of the government delegation of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, which in October was sent to the Polish People’s Republic, as a delegate to the World Human Rights Conference at the invitation of the Polish Sejm.

Before her departure, the delegation visited Movladi Udugov to the office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ichkeria, who also entered the government delegation heading for Poland. Being Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the CRI, who oversees foreign policy activities, I met members of the delegation and first went to Abdullah Khamzaev, as a sign of respect for his age.

Having greeted him, I politely asked him to go with me to the upper floor of the office, where my office was located to personally look after him. On the way to the second floor, I warned that our cooks bring tea with sweets and various spices for the guest. Having put him in my chair, I began to question him about health, and at that time our girls put hot tea with sweets on the table.

Abdullah Khamzaev turned out to be a very interesting interlocutor and, without interrupting a tall guest, carefully listened to his interesting stories. Before we could talk and drink tea with him, as a message received that the delegation members should urgently go to the Sheikh Mansur airport for departure to the capital of Poland Warsaw. Hearing this, we hastened to the exit from the office, where government cars were ready to leave.

Having escorted it to the car, I wished Abdullah Hamzaev a safe path and was ready to turn back, he stopped me and asked where I was from. I answered and called the village where I came from, after which he leaned toward me, he said: “May Allah be pleased with your parents that they brought up such a son.” I was surprised, because he did nothing supernatural to thank me like that.

Noticing my surprise Abdullah explained to me that at the entrance to my office in the lobby, he watched the behavior of a group of young guards who did not react to his appearance, despite his elderly age. It turns out that it hurt our guest, who said about them that he was very sorry for these young people who forgot the Chechen g1illakh, when the younger ones rose when the elder appeared, showing his respect to his age.

Such a fleeting, but still memorable, was my meeting with one of the most educated and respected lawyers of the former Soviet Union, who left this world in the year 68 of life, on June 13.
