From the first marriage, Svetlana Volkova, the mother of Andrei, had two more children, but the older boy died at the age of five. Sister Galya Galina Grishko is 10 years older than Andrei. Mikhail Semenovich Danilko, Andrei's father, abused alcohol and died of cancer when his son was seven years old. Andrei Danilko’s mother was forced to work in three shifts to feed the family.

In April, at the amateur performances contest among the vocational school of the Poltava region, Andrei Danilko spoke in the image of a colorful saleswoman with a 8th-sized chest. After that, Andrei Danilko, along with his troupe, traveled around the country for a long time. And although their performances practically did not bring money to the artists, thousands of Ukrainians knew quotes from Danilko monologues by heart.

Gradually, Andrei Danilko moved from the performance of humorous numbers to the performance of songs.
