Contemporaries praised her work: she was represented by a royal family and received several high awards. She was born in the year on the outskirts of Sevastopol in the family of a sailor. She lost her mother early and earned her living with a laundry with a laundry. For the money earned, she was able to buy a cow, which was her only wealth. At this time, the United Anglo-French troops landed on the territory of Crimea.

Few knew her patronymic and surname - among the wounded she was known as Dasha Sevastopol. The sister of mercy not only fulfilled her immediate duties, but also established herself with an excellent intelligence officer: having changed her clothes in a men's suit, she went to intelligence and took part in the battles.

After the war, various sources argue that after the Crimean events, Dasha Sevastopolskaya was able to buy a tavern on the Black Sea, in the village of Belbek. From archival documents it became known that in the year she married the sailor of Maxim Hvorostov and became called Daria Hvorostova. After the end of hostilities, the couple left the Crimea and lived in Nikolaev for some time.

In history, the names of the children of this married couple are not preserved. Soon Daria Sevastopolskaya left her husband and, having left the mainland, returned to Sevastopol again. According to one version, the reason for the parting was the trouble -free drunkenness of Hvorostov, according to the other - his death. The end of life in Sevastopol ended the life of a great ascetic, sisters of mercy, here she died in the year and was buried in a cemetery in a dozen ravine.
