Faced with a wave of criticism of performers and lovers of traditional tango and the refusal of studios from recording his music, he was forced to dissolve the group and leave for the United States, where he worked as an arranger for two years and continued to experiment with the unification of the styles of jazz and tango.

Returning to Argentina in the city of an unusual musical combination did not receive recognition in the musician’s homeland, but it caused admiration in the USA and Europe, where he toured a lot.
