These fears got stronger even more after Sergey Luzinov notified the Kuban media about his intention to hold a briefing in the editorial office of the newspaper Krasnodar Izvestia, where the former deputy of the ZSK and the former vice-mayor was about to tell about his plans for the future. Not everyone is given a platform in the municipal publication, especially the representative of the party that positions itself as a “systemic”, but still the opposition of the “party in power”.

We could not visit the briefing itself, but Sergei Luzinov, who was contacted by the NGK correspondent, commented on the following way: - The court’s appointment to this court decision does not have anything to do with - these are all the fabrications of “conspiracy”. I have tritely have no connections and opportunities that would allow my son to take the position of vice-governor, his appointment is a purely personnel decision by Benjamin Kondratyev.

The court session, where the decision was made on my restoration in the Communist Party, was planned two months ago, so that it theoretically could not have been packed to the appointment of my son. If anyone put pressure on the judges, then just the other side-I also have such information, about the attempts of representatives of the Communist Party to somehow influence this decision.

I was quite satisfied with the restoration of justice-I still do not strive to occupy some positions in the Communist Party, moreover, I intend to become non-partisan, like our governor and our president. I have nothing to do in the Communist Party: today we see that this is no longer the party that it was when I headed the city branch now divided into four district organizations.

Some people who are in the party obviously do not share the ideology that formally declares the Communist Party, and some deputies of the Communist Party, as we know, run abroad, throwing their homeland in difficult times. As for me, now remaining non -partisan, I remain politically active - now, for example, I am working as an assistant to the deputy of the City Duma of Krasnodar Natalia Alsheva.

As for why in the Krasnodar Izvestia I was provided with a platform, then everything is simple: we worked with Vladimir Verbitsky, we worked in the city administration, we know each other well, so it was not difficult to agree. Secretary of the regional committee of the Communist Party Sergei Safronov, in turn, referred to his page in his Telegram channel “Red Temnik”, saying that he stated there could be considered his official commentary on what is happening: “After the current statement of the former deputy of the City Duma of Krasnodar and ZSK, the former vice mayor of Krasnodar, the former first secretary of the city committee of the city committee of Sergei Luzinov can be said that the prefix “former” clearly describes its essence and character.

It was Luzinov who headed the election headquarters of the State Duma deputy Sergei Obukhov. Then Obukhov had problems with the documents, he was removed from the elected party list, and he ceased to be a deputy. And three months later, we learned about the preparing appointment of Luzinov by the deputy head of the city! By the way, about the elections. The first election campaign in Krasnodar, at the helm of which Sergey Luzinov did not stand, gave completely different results.

If in the year the Communist Party in the City Duma received two places, and the son of Luzinov became one of the two deputies, then in the year the party has repeatedly improved the result. But, apparently, as soon as it turned out that the pope in the leadership of the Communist Party is no longer there, and to move from the opposition party in the elections - this is still labor, he immediately left the ranks of the party and ran to United Russia.

Unfortunately, in our country, such behavior, apparently, is even encouraged: now Roman Sergeyevich is a whole vice-governor. Now about the court. Sergei Luzinov, after he ceased to be a vice mayor, remembered the “native party” and began litigation. I must say that with varying success. Probably, Luzinov Sr. was “needed” by the representatives of the authorities at a certain moment.Just after the elections to the State Duma, the Cassation Court returned the case for a new consideration.

And look at how actively the matter is covered by municipal and pro -government media. They just forgot to say that the court granted Luzinov’s lawsuit not in full, but only partially. The officials who are now responsible for our domestic policy are not interested in such trifles when there is the task of “making PR”. Next year, Sergei Luzinov, apparently, was promised to return as a deputy of the City Duma of Krasnodar - officials of the municipal administration already seemed to be his election campaign.

And the fresh appointment of his son to the post of vice-governor will probably allow him to “secure” his position in the struggle against the party that once brought him up. It may seem that this is strange when the court restores a person in the party with its decision, while the party itself does not want to see him in its ranks. But the Kuban court is a very specific institution.

So, for example, for the second year I have been judging against the City Duma in the case of political repressions against me. So, in court my case was lost, about which there is an official answer from the court. Moreover, they answered me in November, six months after the application for the issuance of copies of court decisions. Here is the Kuban "justice". And in politics, as you know, there are no accidents.

Not in the vein ... This press conference of the new mayor of Krasnodar Evgeny Naumov and the vice-governor Roman Luzinov will be least pleased. Both of them hardly managed to warm their seats, and all sorts of inter -party affairs are now completely useless. The feeling of direct participants in the event is unequivocal - bewilderment. While the whole country was united to achieve victory in his, in the Kuban, intra -party and inter -party ramps are heated by providing the site of the controlled party in the media.
