Having thanked the cultural workers, Orlan Sarylar presented certificates of monetary incentives for thousands of rubles to the best municipal cultural institutions and their employees following the competition of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. The teacher of the Supreme Khural of the Parliament of the Republic of Tuva was awarded to the teacher of decorative and applied art of the DSHI, soloists of the Sayani Music and Dance Theater were awarded.

Certificates of honor were presented by the deputy of the regional parliament, Alexander Sanchat. The Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Viktor Chigitu awarded a number of cultural workers with departmental awards, including the badges of “Excellence in Culture” and “Honorary Veteran of Culture”. After the award ceremony, the minister moved to the presentation of the main annual awards of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan.
