Dmitry Kogan was born in a musical family: grandfather is an outstanding violinist of the 20th century Leonid Kogan, grandmother - a famous violinist and teacher Elizabeth Gilels, father - violinist and conductor Pavel Kogan, mother - pianist Lyubov Kazinskaya. From the age of six, Dmitry began playing the violin, graduated from a music school, the Moscow Conservatory and at the same time the Academy.

Mikhail Shcherbakov waved a conducting stick, and a rehearsal began, which lasted more than an hour. The musicians were so carried away that the beginning of the concert lingered for almost half an hour.

For several minutes, the secretary of the regional branch of United Russia Igor Noskov and the chairman of the regional council of veterans Ivan Sakharov took a few minutes. And then the first chords of the “heroic gate” of Mussorgsky, and then the long -awaited “chakon” Vitali, which turned out to be really beautiful, sounded. Not wanting to waste time on the interval, the orchestra performed the "Dance of the buffoons" from the opera Tchaikovsky "Snow Maiden".

Then the promised Piazzolla sounded, and the tango "Winter" sounded twice - on the bead. Under the curtain, Mikhail Shcherbakov replaced the conductor's wand with a violin and a duet with Dmitry Kogan performed a cheerful musical joke.
